Ferrovie BoD approves the offer for Alitalia

The Board of Directors (BoD) of Ferrovie dello Stato SpA, meeting today as anticipated by AVIONEWS, under the chairmanship of Gianluigi Vittorio Castelli, decided to present the offer for the purchase of the companies Alitalia-Società Aerea Italiana and Alitalia Cityliner. This was announced by a statement issued by Ferrovie dello Stato tonight.
