VIETNAM INCREASES NATIONAL FLEET
VIETNAM, The Vietnamese government plans to invest USD$2 billion in the next 10 years to renew the fleet of national carrier Vietnam Airlines. The carrier's fleet would be expanded from the current 23 aircraft (five Boeing 767-300s, 10 Airbus A-320s, two Fokker-70s and six ATR-72s) to 32 by 2005 and 46 by 2010.
