Josè Pampuro the Argentinian Defence Secretary, asserted yesterday at Buenos Aires, during a press conference, that the President, Nestor Kirchener, has finally made official the project of investment, for EUR 64 m to render concrete the national plan of radar control, that will provide air space covering for Argentina during the following four years.
