ITA Airways: new seasonal flights to Malaga, Valencia and Marseille

For next Summer season

ITA Airways, Italy’s reference carrier, announces that sales are open for its new seasonal routes from Rome-Fiumicino to three popular Mediterranean destinations for Summer 2026, Malaga, Valencia and Marseille, operating from 1 June to 30 September 2026.

With these new routes, the airline further strengthens its Mediterranean offering, providing greater flexibility for leisure travelers and seamless connections via its Rome-Fiumicino hub. The new flights also offer convenient connections to multiple destinations across Italy, with the airline serving 17 Italian airports during the Summer 2026 season.

These new seasonal routes complement the recently announced network enhancements for Summer 2026, including the strengthened presence in the UK market with the resumption of flights between Rome-Fiumicino and London-Heathrow (LHR). The route will operate with two daily frequencies, further improving connectivity between Italy and the UK’s largest international hub.

Flights from Milan-Linate to London-City Airport (LCY) will continue to operate with 31 weekly frequencies.

Another key highlight is the launch of ITA Airways’ new intercontinental route connecting Rome Fiumicino and Houston, Texas. The first-ever non-stop service between the two hubs will debut in the Summer 2026 season, starting on 1 May 2026, with three weekly flights in May and five weekly flights from June through 24 October 2026. Houston will become ITA Airways’ ninth destination in North America, further strengthening the airline’s intercontinental network, a key asset of its long-haul strategy.
