Question time on inhibition of SULT strikes

Italian senator Malabarba asked Italian Minister of Transport for making clear if the Italian watchdog commitee has violated the constitutional strike right. Italian watchdog committee had in fact inhibited strikes called by SULT union trade (representing Alitalia flight attendants) on next October 9-10 as well as on October 21 2005.
