THREE AFFILIATES OF AIR FRANCE TO MERGE

FRANCE, The three airlines, Proteus Airlines, its subsidiary Flandre Air/Flandre Air Service, and Regional Airlines ratified plans Tuesday to merge their operations into a new regional French carrier to bolster Air France's hub in Paris. The new company will operate 400 daily flights with 80 aircrafts. The three airlines announced the decision in a statement.
