SOUTH ASRICA, SA Airways Pilots' Association (Saapa) said that deteriorating relations with the company's flight operations management has caused a crisis of morale among airline's pilots. He added that several new pilots had to fly in civilian clothing as they could not obtain uniforms, and were irritated at receiving written warnings for being "a minute late" in reporting for work.
