ON FRIDAY POSSIBLE SALE OF TWA TO AMERICAN AIRLINES

USA, The sale of US airline Trans World Airlines (TWA) could be cocluded by Friday, after Federal Judge Peter Walsh denied the motion to stay the sale required by the creditors, the company being in bankruptcy since January 10. To take over TWA, which has about 20.000 employees, the American is supposed to pay USD 750 million.
