AUSTRIAN AIRLINES TO BUY STAKE IN AUSTRIAN LAUDA AIR

VIENNA, Austrian Airlines acquired from Lufthansa a 8,9% stake in austrian Lauda Air. Austrian Airlines now holds 67% in the carrier founded by the ex pilot. Austrian Airlines also announced that it is moving to reorganize austrian Lauda AIr.
