AMERICAN AIRLINES CANCELS ORDER FOR AIRBUS PLANES
FRANKFURT, American Airlines, which recently completed its acquisition of TWA, is to cancel a TWA order for 45 Airbus A318 and A319 aircraft after having named Boeing as its exclusive supplier. An Airbus spokesman declined any comment.
