VNUKOVO AIRLINES APPROVES MERGER PLAN WITH SIBIR
MOSCOW, Vnukovo Airlines shareholders approved the plan to merge with Siberian Sibir, said Vnukovo spokeswoman Lyudmila Bogdanchikova. She added that it would take Vnukovo 18 months to make arrangements to be absorbed into Sibir, which would take over all of its routes.
