Aircraft and employment. Emirates: recruitment campaign in Italy

Six open days in September to search flight attendants

Emirates continues the search for cabin crew in Italy and in September new recruiting open days will be held in six major cities.

These events are part of the airline’s plan to continue investing in staff in Italy, following the numerous open days already organized in 2025 in various Italian cities.

In 2024, the recruiting team hosted days dedicated to searching for cabin crew in more than 460 cities across six continents, with the aim of increasing the number of current cabin crewmembers by a further 25% (to date they number over 24,500 members, including more than 860 Italians).

Moreover, the search for new cabin crew comes at one of the most positive moments in the airline’s history: the refurbishment of the A-380s with the introduction of a new Premium Economy class, and the delivery of new A-350 and B-777X aircraft fleets.

The aim of this large global campaign is to add 17,300 new members to the team by the end of this year, across 350 different positions.

The schedule is as follows:

Milan, Lombardy – 1 September;

Venice, Veneto – 3 September;

Cagliari, Sardinia – 5 September;

Rome, Lazio – 15 and 30 September;

Sorrento, Campania – 17 September;

Naples, Campania – 28 September.
