Frankfurt and Winter schedule 2025-2026: 81 airlines flying to 244 destinations in 96 Countries
New services to Norway and Finland

Frankfurt Airport’s new Winter schedule will come into effect on October 26, coinciding with the end of daylight saving time in Germany. For the upcoming season, 81 airlines will offer flights to 244 destinations in 96 countries as of October 2025. With around 3,700 departures and approximately 680,000 seats available per week, Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is increasing capacity by three percent compared to the previous 2024/25 winter schedule. The high number of intercontinental connections –exceeding 900 services per week– underscores Frankfurt Airport’s role as Germany’s most important aviation gateway. The new winter schedule will remain in effect until March 28, 2026.
This Winter, Discover Airlines (4Y), part of the Lufthansa Group, will further expand its Northern Europe network. Starting December 4, the carrier will operate up to two weekly flights to Alta (ALF) in Norway. The airline will also add two weekly services to Harstad-Narvik (EVE) in Norway from December 20, and to Oulu (OUL) in Finland from January 16. Previously, these destinations were served only in the summer season.
Eastern European destinations will also see expanded offerings from FRA. Discover Airlines will, for the first time, operate year-round flights to Varna (VAR) on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, with two flights per week. Lufthansa (LH) will continue its service to Bydgoszcz (BZG) in Poland, which it had resumed for the summer schedule; during the Winter, Germany’s flag carrier will serve BZG up to five times weekly. SkyUp Airlines (SEU) will be operating twice-weekly flights to Chișinău (RMO), the capital of Moldova, supplementing existing services by HiSky (H7) and Lufthansa (LH). In Croatia, Discover Airlines will extend its seasonal services to Dubrovnik (DBV) and Split (SPU) until early January, with two flights per week. Both cities are also served year-round by Croatia Airlines (OU).
In Italy, easyJet (EJU) will maintain its routes to Rome (FCO) and Milan Linate (LIN), which were added to the airline’s network for the Summer. German carrier Condor (DE) will further expand its Frankfurt feeder network, launched in spring 2025, by offering three-times daily services to and from Berlin (BER), Hamburg (HAM), and Munich (MUC), as well as Zurich (ZRH) and Vienna (VIE). Condor will also maintain its other twice-daily feeder services connecting Frankfurt with Prague (PRG), Milan-Malpensa (MXP), and Paris-CDG.
Starting in February, Lufthansa City Airlines (VL) will commence operations at FRA, initially taking over domestic and intra-European services previously operated by its parent Lufthansa. Destinations will include Berlin (BER), Manchester (MAN), Valencia (VLC), Málaga (AGP), and Düsseldorf (DUS).
Intercontinental routes will also see a number of new services this winter. Starting in November, leisure carrier TUIfly (X3) will launch twice-weekly flights to the Red Sea resort of Sharm El Sheikh (SSH), Egypt. Air Astana (KC) will continue to offer three weekly flights to Almaty (ALA), Kazakhstan, a route launched in the summer. Discover Airlines will add twice-weekly flights to the Seychelles (SEZ), complementing services by Condor.
In Latin America, Condor will continue its service to Panama City (PTY), introduced for the summer schedule, with two weekly flights during the 2025/2026 Winter schedule.
