CENDANT IN TALKS FOR GALILEO ACQUISITION
USA, Travel franchising firm Cendant confirmed that it is in talks to acquire Galileo International, the computerized travel reservations circuit. According to a Cendant spokesman, the terms of the transactions were not disclosed, and there can be no assurance that a transaction will be performed.
