FAA INAUGURATES FLIGHT INFORMATION SERVICE DATA LINK
USA, The Flight Information Service Data Link (FISDL) began operations in late July during Oshkosh Air Venture. Its aim is to provide weather information to general aviation operators via data link. Some services are available at no cost, others for a fee.
