Traffic conflict on Fiumicino airport, Rome

Rome, Italy - Carriers involved are Alitalia and Eurofly

Enav only yesterday unveiled a traffic conflict involving two aircraft on the apron of Fiumicino airport. According to Enav spokesman, the intervention of a flight controller avoided a very serious accident. The captain of the Eurofly plane wrongly turned into the runway where an Alitalia aircraft just landed. (um/ru)
