COCKPIT VIDEO CAMERAS IN PLANES RECOMMENDED BY NTSB

WASHINGTON, Despite the opposition of ALPA, NTSB completed the recommendation according to which all commercial planes, after January 1 2003, observing Part 121, 125, 135 of FAA's regulations, will have to install two hours video recorders in the cockpit. According to Commander Lindsay Fenwick, ALPA's official, recorders will not increase flight safety. Video cameras will have to be installed also...
