Brussels, Belgium - Free way by European antitrust

Eads'acquisition of 25% of Astrium, controlled by Bae Systems, has had the free way by Eu's antitrust. Eads possessed a share of 75%, and now it will control Astrium, in exclusive, with 100% of the social capital. "Control from combined to exclusive does not change in meaningful way the competitive structure of the market", said European Commission. (0035)
