Moskow, Russia - Several weapon systems to be involved in upgrades
The new defence plan for Russia schedules investments predominantly devoted to existing weapon systems modernization and to a more dedicated employment for them. Programmes regard the entire defensive spectrum and schedule upgrades for the Su-27 Flanker fighter interceptor and for the Su-24 Fencer and Su-25 Frogfoot strikers. Also the Il-76 airlifters will be involved in such a modernization process...
