EADS TO ACQUIRE STAKE IN FINNISH AEROSPACE INDUSTRY

UK, The european group today said it is to take a 26.8 per cent stake in Patria, Finland's state-owned aerospace and defence company. EADS didn't provide any detail about the economic transaction. The deal will be finalised next summer. Patria employs 2,200 people in Finland and Sweden.
