HAINAN AIRLINES TO TAKE OVER XINHUA AIRLINES

SHANGAI, CHINA, Hainan Airlines board agreed to buy a 51% stake in Beijing-based Xinhua Airlines, which will be restructured. Xinhua Airlines, currently operates nearly 50 flight routes and has a fleet of nine Boeing 737 planes.
