ATLANTIC COAST AIRLINES TO BUY THREE REGIONALS FROM UAL

DULLES, USA, Atlantic Coast Airlines today said it is to buy three regional carriers, actually owned by US Airways, Allegheny Airlines, Piedmont Airlines and PSA Airlines, from UAL. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and to termination rights by UAL, within 18 months.
