SAS TO EYE SPANAIR

FRANKFURT, SAS, Scandinavian Airlines, proposed Lufthansa a plan to take over Spanair, "Financial Times Deutschland" reported. SAS already owns a 49% stake in Spanair and Lufthansa. The acquisition should be carried out by the end of the year.
