BULGARIAN COURT DECLARES BALKAN AIRLINES BANKRUPT

SOFIA, A bulgarian court yesterday declared Balkan bankrupt, after months of protests and legal action against the carrier. The court fixed a meeting of the creditors for April 3. Among them are the insurance company Bulstrad, Sofia airport and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
