President Noc: workers' lives and oil production at risk

An air raid launched last night by the forces of General Haftar has heavily damaged a warehouse owned by the Mellitah Oil and Gas Company, an equal joint-venture between Libyan National Oil Corporation (Noc) and Eni, on the eastern outskirts of Tripoli.
