US TECHNICIANS ARRIVE IN CHINA FOR TALKS ABOUT SPY PLANE

BEIJING, A team of four technicians and embassy personnel today arrived in Beijing to discuss on how to take the spy plane apart. They should meet over the weekend with representatives of the chinese Foreign Ministry. The plane should be dismantled and flown out in a giant cargo jet.
