USA TO OPERATE AC-130 GUNSHIP ON AIR RAIDS TO KANDAHAR

AFGHANISTAN, Sources from Pentagon announced that United States have started using AC-130 bombers on punishing attacks to Afghanistan. The AC-130, a variant of the military transport aircraft C-130, is a gunship designed to provide close air support, air interdiction and force protection.
