Turbomeca, the South African Department of Public Enterprises, Denel and the French Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing announce the signing of Heads of Agreement in preparation for Turbomeca acquiring a majority equity holding in a company to be formed from Denel Airmotive, a division of the South African state-owned Denel (Pty) Limited. This new company will be named "Turbomeca Africa"....
