Anaconda operation continues

Afghanistan - Heavy bombing reported in east of the country

Despite accident of the last days, the Anaconda operation goes ahead. Heavy bombing by U.S. aircrafts have been reported in the East zone of the country, also near Khost, in proximity to the front of the U.S. operation against Al-Qaida. Yesterday five soldiers, two German and three Danish were killed in the explosion of the weapon they are trying to neutralize. (Gio/B)
