German military aircraft flies to recover European hostages in Mali

Berlin, Germany - The plane took off this morning

A German military airplane has taken off this morning from the base of Niamey en route to Gao, city of the African state of Mali, close to the border with Nigeria, in order to recover an indefinite number of European tourists taken in hostage from Algerian group in Sahara and held in Mali. Their liberation would have been announced yesterday and among them there would be 14 Germans, Swisses and Dutches....
