Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) which operates in Iraq in order to warrant a transition towards an autonomous democratic Government in this country has started seriously considering the hypothesis of reconstituting an Iraqi Air Force. Even by next summer, some aircraft should be delivered, while by 2005 first real relevant airplanes and helicopters will arrive in Iraq for local military aviation....
