5th Wing of the Italian AMI: we don't fire missiles in Libya

Trapani, Italy - Tornado's pilot talks about the mission

Major Scolari, 155th group of 50th Wing of Piacenza, assure us that yesterday weren't fire missiles in Libya. The mission was to do the take off from Trapani-Birgi of six Tornado, 4 ECR and two of refuelling, for a support mission near Bengasi, said Scolari, going to verify the presence of enemy radar. Because they don't detect radar emission of this sort it wasn't necessary the fire of the missiles....
