The Kiev Interregional Economic Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal by Russia's Siberia Airlines against an earlier court ruling that the Ukrainian military had no involvement in the Russian Tupolev Tu-154 crash in 2001. It is to be said that the Tu-154 passenger aircraft went down in Ukraine on October 4, 2001, en route from Tel Aviv. The aircraft crashed killing 66 passengers and 12 crew members....
