Green light for the Eurofly capital share increase by Meridiana

Olbia, Italy - A 25 million Euro package

Meridiana's Board of Directors has adopted a resolution about the Eurofly capital share increase, a package equal to EUR 25 million, an operation already provided by the business plan of Eurofly. The Board of Directors said Eurofly might bring forward a part of the increase during the fourth quarter. See AVIONEWS for more details.
