Lebanon: maybe reopening the Beirut airport this week

Beirut, Lebanon - Access roads blocked by the demonstrators of the opposition since May 8th

Following the worsening of the situation in Beirut due to the fighting between Shiite Hezbollah and anti-Syrian troops which have destroyed the city, the Authorities decided few days ago the suspension of flights and then the closing of the airport. From the Beirut ICE Headquarters arrives today the news that the access roads have been blocked by the demonstrators of the opposition since May 8th....
