Jakarta, Indonesia - During a test flight

On Saturday, February 12, 2011, at 13:42 local time a CASA/Nurtanio NC-212 A4 Aviocar 100, registration number PK-ZAI, on a domestic route in Indonesia, crashed at about 15 km from the airport of destination, Tanjung Pinang-Kidjang airport. The aircraft was being employed in a test flight after the crew had carried out the change of one of its engines from which it was powered (Garrett TPE331-5-251C)....
