Singapore, Republic of Singapore - The carrier announced its net profit rose 26 per cent

Singapore Airlines announced its net profit in the last quarter of the past year rose 26 per cent in comparison with the same period of last year. Analysts claimed the state-controlled flag carrier would high presumably report at least a 26 percent growth in its profit for the whole year. If it is true, 2004 airline's profit would be about USD 654,7m: the best in four years.
