Iraq: British RAF C-130 went down

Baghdad, Iraq - Crash occurred about a half hour after polls closed

Yesterday at least 15 British soldiers were killed when a Hercules C-130 crashed around 5:25pm 30 Km North-West to Baghdad while it was flying to Balad, the largest USA base in Iraq with two landing runways. Helicopters flew to the scene and unveiled that wreckage was scattered over a large area. Incident cause are not still known: British Air Force uses several version of C-130 to carry troops, passengers...
