Tokyo, Japan - Is it a satellite or a ballistic missile?

Japan, South Korea and United States have expressed concerns for the launch of the national-made North-Korean satellite rocket, scheduled for mid-April. Experts have condemned this operation, since a critical failure could cause it to crash on South Korea's territory.
