MILITARY HELICOPTER CRASHES IN RUSSIA

MOSCOW, A spokesman for the Emergencies Ministry reported that a MI-8 Hip helicopter of the Russian Federal Border Guard Service (FBGS) crashed near the city of Vorkuta in the north of Russia. Three crew members and six passengers were on board. Rescue teams have already recovered the wreckage. A flight engineer was killed in the crash, the other eight people suffered minor or serious injuries.
