Question time: denunciation of violence damaging foreign people aboard a plan in France

Italian Deputy On. Calzolaio asked Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs of making clear which kind of steps Italian Government intends to perform in order to prevent prison for Franco La Cecla who witnessed violent actions against an African person at Paris Airport aboard an airplane during its forced repatriation. He would have been accused in France of having tried to delay legal procedures.
