UK Civil Aviation Authority proceed legally in this direction

The United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will take legal action against Ryanair to pay compensation for passengers affected by the strikes of low-cost personnel this summer. The protests would not be -in fact- exempt from the Community rules on the matter, and if the CAA was to be right, the other regulatory bodies will also intervene in the matter by requiring Ryanair to pay compensation...
