Leonardo publishes the guidelines about composition of the BoD

For the next three-year term of office

In compliance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, Leonardo informs that are available to the public on its website www.leonardocompany.com (Corporate Governance/ Board of Directors/Composition section) the Guidelines of the Board of Directors of Leonardo SpA to the shareholders about size and composition of the Board of Directors, approved by the Company’s Board.
