Lombardia Aerospace Cluster is back in Paris

It meets a delegation from Lombardy Region

The Parisian "Le Bourget Airshow 2023" is back, after the stop caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. It is one of the most important showcases in the world for the aerospace industry, which opens its doors today on Monday 19th and will close on Friday 23rd June. Together with the Lombardy Aerospace Cluster and the big players in the district, 17 companies, mostly SMEs, showcase themselves, their products and their projects, representing what it is, in terms of skills and production value, one of the most important national and European industries in the aerospace sector.

The Cluster, in continuity with the internationalization process started with the support of the
Chamber of Commerce of Varese, will be present with its institutional stand in Hall 1 of the show (booth G 283). A space within international operators will be able to get in touch with the entire Cluster and, specifically, with 11 companies physically present with their representatives and catalogs and other five ones with their individual stands.

This is the presence of the Lombardy Aerospace Cluster at an appointment, that of Le Bourget, which attracts over 2450 exhibitors from 49 countries to Paris for a total of 140 thousand visitors expected.

The schedule of meetings of the Lombardy Aerospace Cluster in Le Bourget will be full and demanding. Of note, among the many appointments, the visit of a delegation from Lombardy Region, composed of Raffaele Cattaneo, Undersecretary with responsibility for International Relations and Maria Luisa Scalise, International Relations for the Presidency.

Furthermore, the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Varese Mauro Vitiello and the President of the CTNA, National Aerospace Technological Cluster, Cristina Leone, visit the stand of the Lombard Aerospace Cluster. There are also scheduled a series of meetings with various delegations from other national and international clusters. On the occasion of these meetings, the Cluster, to promote the skills and specializations of the lombard aerospace production system, will present the Aerospace Matchmaking Interceptor e-scouting platform. It is a tool created in collaboration with CTNA, which maps companies in the field of products, technologies and services, and which will be soon extended to other regional districts members of CTNA
