Flight resumed between Russia and China

On December 24, a connection was also operated between Moscow and the Cuban capital Havana

The airline Rossiya Airlines (Aeroflot Group) carried out yesterday, Thursday 28 December, the first connection between Russia and China since the start of the war in Ukraine. The authorization to carry out flights again arrived in recent days. The authorized connections are those that connect three Russian airports, one in the Far East and two in the central south, with the Beijing-Daxing international airport Moscow-Havana (Cuba) flights also resumed.

It was reported by the Russian state news agency "Tass", relaunching a note from the Russian airline: "Rossiya Airlines plans to start operating flights from the regions of the country to Beijing on December 28. Flights will be operated regularly with the indicated frequency. All necessary authorizations to operate have been received".

This is the schedule of authorized flight: the connection between Krasnoyarsk-Elovaya (in the central-south of Russia) and Beijing will be operated three times a week; the one with Vladivostok-Kneviči (in the Far East) five times a week; the one from Irkutsk airport (in the central south) four times a week. Meanwhile, last December 24 a Boeing 777/300ER aircraft (registration RA-73276) operated a flight between the Moscow-Sheremetyevo airport and the "José Martí" in Havana.
