Eight million euros on the table for structural interventions

Work at the "Langhe e Alpi del Mare" Italian airport in Cuneo-Levaldigi has been financed. The Government has put eight million euros on the table for structural interventions in the airport. It was announced by the Executive on the occasion of the event "The Italy of Yes 2023-2032: Projects and major works in Italy", the presentation of the projects financed by the Ministry of Transport, which took place yesterday at the Royal Palace of Venaria Reale (Turin).

The main works concern the "renovation of a portion of the aircraft parking aprons, construction of a hangar, construction of photovoltaic systems, adaptation of perimeter fencing of roads and parking lots", explained the Italian Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Matteo Salvini.

The vice-president of the Council of Ministers added that in Piedmont "across the entire territory there are 2000 construction sites open for a turnover of 4.5 billion euros. With Anas we have a program contract for 40 billion euros in works and maintenance". Paolo Merlo, president of Geac, the airport management company, was very satisfied.
