Aci Europe congress (4): Stefan Schulte is the new president of the association
Board of directors renewed

ACI Europe (Airports Council International), the trade association of European airports, held its General assembly yesterday as part of its 35th Annual congress and general assembly (18-20 June 2025), hosted by Athens International Airport, Greece. As reported in a press release, "During the General assembly, Stefan Schulte, ceo of Fraport, was elected president of the organisation. He succeeds Armando Brunini, ceo of Sea Aeroporti of Milan. Upon his appointment, Schulte said: 'As the new president, I am committed to supporting the vital role that airports play in the prosperity of societies and economies across Europe. I will do my utmost to best represent our family of airports, from large to small, from hub airports to major city airports to smaller regional airports, while promoting the interests of all as much as possible.'
During this year's general meeting, the following members of the association's board of directors were also appointed for their first term: David Ciceo, ceo of Cluj Avram Iancu International Airport (Romania), Enes Çakmak, chairman of the board and general manager of Dhmi (Turkey), Alison FitzGerald, ceo of London City Airport (UK), Bettina Ganghofer, ceo of Salzburg Airport (Austria), Sharon Kedmi, director general of the Israel Airports Authority (Israel), Javier Marin, executive vice president of Aena (Spain), Philippe Pascal, chairman of Groupe Adp (France).
Additionally, Abraham Foss, ceo of Avinor (Norway), Yiannis Paraschis, ceo of Athens International Airport (Greece) and Riivo Tuvike, ceo and chairman of the board of Tallinn Airport (Estonia) have been appointed to the board for a second term.
