Question time: administrative limits for implementing emergency steps at Turin Airport

Italian Deputy Hon. Perrotta intends to understand if Italian Minister of Transport is ready to solve administrative problems affecting air transport such as in the case of Turin Airport where an airplane expected to carry an ill child to Spain was prevented from taking off due to administrative restrictions.
