The Board of Directors of ITA Airways has approved the agreements signed with theTrade Union Organisations for the renewal of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for AirTransport and the related company agreements.

The Board's approval concludes the negotiation process initiated with the social partners and confirms the Company's commitment to investing in its people. In addition to revising economic terms and conditions, the agreements introduce welfare and wellbeing measures aimed at fostering a working environment that increasingly values people, supports professional growth, and promotes the Company's sustainable development.
