Volare: AirOne strengthened by Milan Court of Appeals' decision

Rome, Italy - The trial in Rome and Milan are not in collision

AirOne made known in a statement that Milan Court of Appeals establishes "That still now there is not the conclusive act of the closeout process of Gruppo Volare’s company corporate park". In carrier’s opinion Court of Appeals’ decision reinforces Court of Rome’s writ refusing all the procedural exception proceeded by Alitalia in the trials established in Rome and Milan (see for details AVIONEWS 1 & 2)....
